The Floyd Skiff 10 WT strikes the perfect balance between a technical poling skiff and a seaworthy inshore vessel. Designed with precision and purpose, this skiff allows us to navigate ultra-shallow flats just inches deep while still handling breezy conditions and open bay waters with confidence.

Built for the Lowcountry: The Perfect Skiff for Charleston Fly Fishing
The Floyd Skiff 10 WT is purpose-built for the unique demands of fly fishing in the Charleston Lowcountry. With a 7-inch draft, it allows us to quietly slip into shallow backwaters and skinny flats where most boats can’t go — perfect for targeting tailing redfish, snook, and other inshore species. Its wide beam and well-thought-out layout provide a stable, spacious platform for casting, whether you’re posted up on the bow or firing from the stern.
While it’s a technical poling skiff at heart, the 10 WT is also surprisingly seaworthy, handling deeper bay water and open stretches with ease. Powered by a reliable 90 HP Suzuki outboard, it delivers smooth, efficient performance and a generous range thanks to a 24-gallon fuel tank.
Whether we’re drifting across glassy flats or making a longer run to fish new structure, this skiff keeps us in the game — comfortable, confident, and always in position to make the shot.
